<p>My daughter lives in Belgium and works full-time. She asked me to deliver a parcel to a UPS access point in Genval, Overijse, Belgium 3090. I am most impressed. I dropped the parcel off at the local UPS parcel shop in Snaith (comes up as Hellaby on the UPS tracking system). I was then able to watch it travel to Tamworth, to Brussels and to the delivery point. </p>

<p>Had a good experience, the delivery was quite fast and the package was perfect! Arrived with no problems at all. Of course, people normally just leave bad reviews if they had a bad experience. Else they don't bother. Don't always trust customer experience, people only rate if the experience was bad.</p>

Maybe I was just lucky, but I’ve just had the perfect experience with UPS all together. I had to send a package to Lahore in Pakistan from London and it had to get there ASAP.</p>

I get that every delivery service has its issues; however, I have never had a problem with UPS, while FedEx has ALWAYS been a disaster. The UPS driver always rings my bell to delivery personally if I'm home, while the FedEx driver throws the package and runs.</p>

This is an excellent spot to fax or any other office type things that you might want to do. They could be a little on top of their prices on some things...but they often have a sizable sale and clearance area in the back of the store where you are able to find some really great deals. There is also really helpful staff. </p>

Shipped from Italy to Poland; order was placed from Poland, they were the ONLY company that accepted this way of placing order. All went smooth and quite fast, I was able to track all the way thru Europe, parcel got here on time.</p>
